Over the past three years, based on our internal order records, 95% of clients confirmed our delivery schedules were on time and reliable. This is mainly because we work with clear production planning and realistic lead times.



For standard PET felt panels kept in regular stock, dispatch usually takes 2–5 days. For custom-made products, typical lead time is 3–7 days, depending on the design and quantity.



Once an order is confirmed, it is formally transferred from sales to production on the same day. Production, technical, and finance teams join the internal handover to make sure every detail is clearly understood before manufacturing starts.



We track each order with a shared progress sheet and update clients regularly.
