Not every project fits standard sizes — and that’s exactly why we offer custom PET felt panel base on clients' design drawings.
We work with designers, contractors, and wholesalers who need PET felt panels made to fit, not adjusted on site. They need to receive the final finished products so they can use or sell direclty.
Based on your drawings or files, we cut, groove, shape, and CNC-process PET felt panels so they arrive ready for installation.
You don’t need perfect drawings to start. A sketch, reference image, or basic dimension is usually enough for our engineers to review feasibility.
Material You Can Rely On
Our panels are made from recycled PET fiber from wasted bottles, pressed into a stable and uniform felt structure.
The material is:
- Consistent in density and thickness
- Easy to cut and machine without tearing
- Non-toxic, Zero formaldehyde, no chemicals, suitable and safe for interior usage
- Recyclable and aligned with sustainable building requirements
- 100% recyclable at end of its life, no hard to environment
Because the material behaves predictably, CNC processing stays clean and accurate — even for repeated orders.
Basic Technical specification
We keep specifications clear and realistic, based on what works in daily production.
- Sizes: standard sheets or fully customized dimensions
- Thickness: typically 9 / 12 / 18 / 24 mm (other options on request)
- Density: 1000-4300gsm, or project-based selection depending on use and acoustic needs
- Fire retardant: EN 13501 / ASTM E84
CNC & Custom Processing Options
We support a wide range of finishing and processing, including:
- V-grooves and surface patterns, usually can cut V degrees of 15 / 30 / 45 / 60 - 120. deepth can be 2-3mm till the bottom
- Edge detailing and cut-outs
- Project-specific labeling and packaging, standard use neutral cardbord box, can print LOGO if required

How We Handle Orders
Once an order is confirmed, we don’t leave it “in the system”.
On the same day, the project is reviewed internally by sales, production team, technical team, and finance depart.
Key details are confirmed, and an order tracking sheet is created.
Most clients tell us they always know where their order is — and which steps their order is taking.
Based on the past three years, 95% of our clients rate our delivery and supply stability as very satisfactory.
- Stock items: usually ship in 2–5 days
- Custom production: typically 3–7 days, depending on complexity
Quality Control, Without Over-Talking It
We check material consistency, cutting accuracy, and surface finish before packing.
Not because it sounds good on a website — but because CNC parts don’t forgive mistakes.
If something doesn’t meet the agreed spec, it doesn’t ship.
The quatity inspection mainly will be in polyester fiber raw material, during-production, after production, after packing. Each step ramdomly inspect 5-10% to issue report. Each step will have marked down with signatures and records.

Do you work from drawings or just standard sizes?
We mainly work from drawings or project requirements.
If you have CAD files, that’s perfect. If not, a sketch, reference photo, or basic dimensions are usually enough for us to review and advise.
Standard sizes are available, but most of our custom work is project-based.
What file formats do you accept for CNC processing?
We commonly work with DWG, CAD or PDF files.
If the file is not ready for production, we will tell you and suggest adjustments before cutting.
What thicknesses and densities are available?
Typical thicknesses are 9 / 12 / 18 / 24 mm.
Density is selected based on application, acoustic needs, and processing method.
If you are not sure what to choose, we will recommend a suitable option.
Is the material sustainable?
Our PET felt panels are made from recycled PET fiber.
The material is recyclable and widely used in projects with sustainability requirements.
Many clients choose PET felt as an alternative to mineral wool or fiberglass for environmental and handling reasons.
Do you support trial orders or small quantities?
Yes. For new cooperation, we can discuss trial quantities depending on the product and processing type.
We prefer to build long-term cooperation, so we try to keep entry barriers realistic.
